By accessing our website, booking a discovery call, or purchasing any service from CoachFlow ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services. These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users of our website and services.

CoachFlow provides done-for-you Instagram DM automation consulting and setup services for online fitness coaches. Our services include strategy consultation, automation sequence design, copywriting, technical setup, and ongoing optimization depending on the service tier purchased.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice to active clients.

Results are not guaranteed. Any testimonials, case studies, income figures, or results mentioned on this website represent individual client outcomes and are not typical. Your results will vary based on factors including but not limited to: your audience size, content quality, posting consistency, niche, offer quality, and market conditions.

CoachFlow provides automation infrastructure and strategy. We cannot guarantee specific numbers of leads, calls booked, clients closed, or revenue generated. Past performance of other clients does not guarantee your future results.

By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this disclaimer.

Our 30-Day Results Guarantee applies as follows:

•If your DM automation system does not generate at least 5 qualified conversations within 30 days of going live, we will rebuild the sequence at no additional charge and extend your first billing month for free.

•"Qualified conversation" is defined as a DM exchange where the lead responds to at least one automated message and engages with the qualification sequence.

•This guarantee requires that you: (a) have an active Instagram account with at least 1,000 followers, (b) post at least 3 times per week during the 30-day period, and (c) use the keyword trigger we set up in at least one post or story.

•This guarantee does not apply if your account is restricted, suspended, or banned by Instagram for any reason.

•This guarantee is limited to one rebuild per client and does not entitle you to a cash refund.

Monthly retainer fees are billed on the same date each month following enrollment. All fees are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in Section 4 (30-Day Results Guarantee).

Failure to pay monthly retainer fees within 7 days of the due date may result in suspension of services. We reserve the right to charge a late fee of 5% per month on overdue balances.

You may cancel your monthly retainer at any time with 30 days written notice sent to [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Setup fees are non-refundable upon cancellation.

CoachFlow reserves the right to terminate services immediately if a client violates Instagram's Terms of Service, engages in abusive behavior toward our team, or attempts to misuse the automation system for spam or prohibited activities.

Our services are designed to operate in compliance with Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines as of the date of this agreement. However, Instagram's policies may change at any time without notice.

CoachFlow is not responsible for any account restrictions, suspensions, or bans imposed by Instagram or Meta. We make no warranties that our services will remain compliant with future changes to Instagram's policies. By using our services, you accept this risk.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of automation tools complies with applicable platform terms and laws in your jurisdiction.

All content, copy, sequences, and automation frameworks created by CoachFlow for your account are licensed to you for use during the active service period. Upon termination of services, you retain the right to use any custom copy or sequences we created specifically for your account. CoachFlow retains ownership of all proprietary frameworks, templates, and methodologies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CoachFlow and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of revenue, loss of clients, loss of business opportunity, or Instagram account suspension.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to CoachFlow in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CoachFlow and its owners, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party rights, or your violation of Instagram's Terms of Service.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information shared during the course of the service relationship. CoachFlow will not disclose your business strategies, client data, or account performance to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify active clients of material changes via email. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
